The beginning of 2020 was a whirlwind for humankind as we wrestled with the complexities and changes to life in the wake of a global pandemic, COVID-19. As we are driven into isolation and quarantine to protect our health and our families, millions of people around the world were infected, resulting in hundreds of thousands of deaths within just a few months. Those numbers are still climbing, and a second wave is approaching.
Amidst the chaos and additional political, racial, and economic turmoil, artists have emerged to tell the stories they have lived and the thoughts they have been led down through their own experience. Come and connect with the beautiful imagery and brutal honesty of these talented Tampa Bay artists.
