Take-in: July 20, 2021 from 10am 11:30am

Pick-Up: Oct 19, 2021 from 9am 10:00 am
Eligibility: Artists may enter up to 2 pieces of art.

Maximum size: 40 x 40. minimum 16x20
Entry Rules: We will be using www.cloudfolios.com to collect the artists information and payment, and to publicize the show. If you have not already done so, you must create a free Cloud Folios account and upload your images as a jpeg on www.cloudfolios.com/exhibitiions/180 (see instructions attached). Do not show any frame or mat in the image and ensure the image is correctly oriented, either horizontally or vertically.
Entries will be accepted on CloudFolios from June 15 to July 17.

NOTE: Paintings that have not been submited on Cloud Folios will NOT be accepted at take-in. Those of you who will not be in Florida in July must make your own arrangements to get your art to the library on July 13.
Entry Fee: $35 plus 5% administrative fee for CloudFolios.
Eligible Artwork: Watercolors, Acrylics, Inks or Collage made by an artists own artwork will be accepted. No oils, pastels, charcoal, drawings, photography, prints or giclees. Images should be of your original art only, and not created under
instruction or copied from another artists work. Only your own, original photographs may be used for reference. Paintings that have been exhibited in prior PBWS shows are not eligible. Work must be less than 3 years old.

No nudes please.

Framing Requirements: Paintings on paper must be glazed with plexiglass. Glass will not be accepted. Works on other surfaces, if not framed, must have wrapped edges, with no staples showing. All work must be wired firmly, taped and ready to hang. All entries must remain hanging for the duration of the show.
Please include the following information on the back of your painting:
Artist Name, Address, Phone, Email Title of Painting, Media, Size and Price.

Juror: We are pleased to announce that Jim Rigg will jury the show. Jim has been an active watercolor/acrylic artist, art director and graphic designer since leaving college many years ago. He has juried many art shows and looks forward to seeing what we have created.

• Waiver of Liability: By submitting artwork into the exhibit, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations in this prospectus of the Palm Beach Watermedia Society Juried Exhibition. PBWS reserves the right to use artwork images for publicity and promotion. PBWS is entitled to a 10% donation on the sale of all artwork during the exhibition.
