This is an opportunity to Showcase your talents! You do not have to be a COCO Art Gallery exhibiting artist for this exhibition. The theme is:
"Bucolic Florida"
The Exhibit will hang in The COCO Art Gallery at the Coastland Center Mall in Naples Florida from 7/7/22 to 9/10/22. Entrance #8 is closest to the gallery.

Proof of membership will be required of all accepted artists at receiving.

Recieving for accepted artists will be on 7/6/22 from 10am until 2pm. Accepted artists will be notified by email.
Opening Reception: 7/7/22 5-7 pm
The entry form and the digital images of your work are to be submitted along with the payment of the entry fee at Cloudfolios.com,
Artists may enter up to 3 images for a fee of $35.00 plus a 10% cloudfolios processing fee for a total of 38.50 through www.cloudfolios.com
Artists will be required to create a free cloudfolios acount to enter.
Please submit good quality photos that are cropped to show only the artwork, not the frame. The Jurors will decide based on your submitted photo so prepare and save your good quality photos prior to entering.
The Show will be Juried by the COCO Gallery Jury team and the Judge of awards will be Collier County Arts and Culture Manager - John R. Melleky, CFRE, CFEE
Up to three works may be accepted into the show but there is no guarantee of entry. Jury decisions are final.
Cloudfolios.com allows you to create your own personal online gallery but this will be an in person exhibit only. No online sales.
All Artwork will be for sale. Credit card transaction fees of 3% of the sale amount before sales tax is deducted from the artist's net payment for all charge card sales. A commission of 30% of the sale price will go to ACSWF. This commission is divided up between ACSWF, the Coastland Center Mall and the member organization of the artist who sells a work. Price artwork accordingly.
The Gallery hours for viewing the exhibit are Tuesday through Sundays from 12pm to 6pm.
Eligible work: Medium: Open to Oil, Acyrylic, Watercolor, Pastel, Sculpture, Wax, Fiber, Ceramic or Jewelery done by Members of ACSWF member organizations.
All artwork must be originally drawn and not created on top of a photo or a print. All work must have been created within the last two years. Paintings of nudes will be considered for acceptance.
Only original artwork will be accepted. Artwork that is a copy of another artist's work is not acceptable. Jury decision is final.
IMAGE USE & COPYRIGHTS
The artist retains all copyrights to submitted images and represented artwork. Artists selected for the exhibit grant The Art Council of Southwest Florida and the COCO Gallery the right to use the selected image(s) on printed materials, website, and/or social media for promotional purposes only. The ACSWF and COCO Gallery retain no copyrights to the artist's work.
Size Limitations:2D Artwork must be no larger that 1299 square inches including frame ( multiply length x width)
3D submissions: Any work with a base size larger than 12" x 12" (144 square inches), or that occupies more than 24" x 24" (576 square inches) of display space will be counted as 2 (two) pieces. Any work with a base larger than 3 square ft (432 sq in) or wider/longer than 48 inches will count as 3 (three) pieces. When submitting the size on the application use the dimentions of the base of the sculpture plus height.
Artwork must be suitable for gallery submission. Canvas edges must be finished or framed. Frames, glass and backing must be in good condition and the COCO Gallery reserves the right to reject artwork that does not conform to gallery standards. Wire should be 3 inches from top of frame when pulled tight and wire should be attatched to artwork securely using D-rings. No screw eyes or saw tooth hangers. Accepted artwork will be inspected at receiving.
The Art Council of Southwest Florida (ACSWF) reserves all rights of decisions regarding the COCO Art Gallery. These include: changes in the days open, hours open, artwork acceptance, payment and the requirements for an artist's participation in the Gallery.
The COCO Gallery will take every precaution to safeguard your artwork but will not be held responsible for damage or theft.
