Information

The homeless are plaguing America's large cities. I wonder how the US, the wealthiest country in the world can allow this crisis to continue. Human beings living in a tent or under a bridge, eating out of garbage cans, some looking for the next fix.

My paintings stem from internal inspiration, not a specific subject. This piece started with color and texture taking on a life of its own. I cut out the letters without thinking of a specific word and laughed when I realized the the meaning they expressed. A close friend of mine saw the painting and said it looks like a "Homeless Dilemma."
