Information

"Emergence" is the journey of being set free. Exposure after concealment. Facing challenges on the road to freedom. What is it you truly wish to emerge from?

"Emergence" is a symbolic tale of personal evolution; pushing the boundaries of our comfort zones. I use symbolism deeply rooted in our minds based on the ancient cultural beliefs for thousands of years and connected to the ideas of symbology.

Some examples include the archeological ruins which subconsciously remind us that life is fragile and fleeting. They are seen as the repositories of enlightenment and lost knowledge. Dragonflies are a symbol for hope, change and happiness. Lotus are representative of resilience, strength and rebirth, being at ease in the muddy waters of life.

Birds are akin to divine intervention and freedom and eventually emerge towards a new reality. This bird has caught its next meal and in turn the fish is transitioning into their new reality.

The Goddess represented here, is known throughout the world by different names - Kuan Yin, Bodhisattva, Shekinah or The Virgin Mary - all recognized as the feminine deity of Compassion and Mercy and is known as the "One who observes the laughter and cries of the world".
