Information

This piece is part of an ongoing series of self-portraits captured on a DSLR camera using a timer. In this series, I photograph myself wearing items from my wardrobe which span a range of gender expressions and styles, documenting my appearance as a transmasculine person while my body changes on testosterone and following gender-affirming top surgery. My influences include feminist icon Cindy Sherman, and queer artists like Keith Haring, Frida Kahlo, and Alok Vaid-Menon.
