Information

I was going through a dark time in my life when I created this piece. I was driving around and that old Evanescence song came on. I screamed the lyrics at the top of my lungs and somehow this image popped into my head. I immediately went home and drew this baby out. It represents how good tearing yourself open can feel. The ugly truth is life comes with pain, but without pain you can't know happiness and all the beauty that comes along with it. Wake yourself up!
