Information

I captured this amazing field of poppies at sunrise in Colorado and fell in love! The flowers were huge, so I got down low and close, and used a wide angle lens to get this perspective. I love how the sunlight makes the color pop and the petals glow - the poppies are bursting with energy. Poppies bloom for only a short time, so I was happy to capture them at their peak. "Poppy Glow" reminds me of a celebration and a happy summer day.
