Information

I'm a huge fan of Pennywise from IT Chapter 1 and after seeing the film in a theater, I dressed like the character more than once on Halloween. The image here was directly inspired by and based on "Saturn Devouring His Son," a grisly wall mural that was painted in 1823 by Baroque artist Francisco Goya. I had posted this image onto my Facebook gallery on July 18th, 2019, which happened to be the same day the first trailer for IT Chapter 2 debuted online. I did my best to pay attention to lighting and shadows, using shades of blue for the demonic clown's face so he looks like he lives underground in a sewer.
