My People Challenge 8: Middle Passage shows the lost of our ancestors through the Middle Passage. It show the bloody water from the slave ships and the survivors of the trip. The form of the people creates the slave ship. The people below the ship represent the alive and dead people. They are facing the west because of where they are traveling.
