There is a state of being where we can look objectively at our anxiety and peacefully watch it pass. We can glean the benefits of being so hyperaware while filtering out the negative side effects. We learn to care for our bodies, minds, and hearts in a way that provides as little fuel for our fears as possible. We can also face those fears amid the paralyzing what-ifs and learn a reality where life usually works itself out despite our irrational apprehension.
