Information

As an intuitive painter, I begin each painting with no attachment as to what the outcome will be. In "Eye-Ris", I played with bold acrylic colors using different tools to paint many layers and made a variety of marks. Through this layering process, shapes began to appear, specifically the shape of the head. I continued to apply more layers and shapes letting the painting take me where it wanted to go and this is where we went!
