"I am inspired by the way light transforms the
world around me This is an exciting
phenomenon which I attempt to communicate
through my paintings. I work primarily in
watercolor, an elusive and challenging
medium. In spite of its technical demands,
watercolor can result in bountiful luminous
appeal. Time spent in Costa Rica, Hawaii and
Florida, the sites of land and water, inspire me
to interpret its` essence ."
