Information

Celestial is a manifestation of my desire to take flight and remain in perpetual motion, flitting from one place to another on a journey of constant discovery and unfettered by roots or physics. An unstoppable force with no immovable object. Celestial was initially painted with gouache. Then a layer of ink was drawn on top to bring out details, provide visual weight, and add value. A last layer of neon gel ink was added to the ink to help convey an otherworldly energy to the painting.
