Information

Helplessness: I really wanted to to be there for my family and friends during the pandemic but didn't know how to help anyone and keep myself safe. They had closed all visitation to nursing homes and my aunt was stuck behind one with dementia. I had to shop for her and drop it off at the door. She would forget how to call out on the phone and sometimes not answer so we had no idea how she was doing, if she was healthy or would remember us.
