Information
Coiled Florida Muhly Grass , rown by the artist, using waxed linen thread oon a base of Zoysite. Zoysite is the base material of North Carolina Rubies and Sapphires which can be seen in this stone. Large green pendants if African Turquoise accent the sides. The swirl pattern is accomplished by wrapping the waxed linen thread around the coil in a progressive pattern. This basket has won "Best of Show" and several other awards.
