My imagination takes flight again in this piece. I often use birds and sky in my work, giving the sense of childlike freedom and optimism. The vibe is energetic and alive, but also dreamy. She looks up into the atmosphere where there are no boundaries and possibilities are "Limitless"!!
As a prominent Bipolar Artist, I pour my own emotions into my art. This offers you a glimpse into my ever-active creative brain, a chance to feel what I do. My work is in the Permanent Collection of The Ryan Licht Sang Bipolar Foundation and travels the country to raise awareness and reduce the stigma that often accompanies this often fatal illness. The Foundation funds research into Early Onset Bipolar Disorder so that children can one day be diagnosed and treated before Bipolar symptoms disrupt their lives. I am proud to advocate for this cause, as someone who has survived.
