Inspired by the idea that true death comes for us at least three times; when our body stops living, when our name is spoken for the last time, and the last time an image of us is seen. This momento mori is a visual post-mortem autopsy of my deceased mom, April Hall. In which I dissect the causality of losing her physically but keeping her mentally. 12"x18" digital-art collage, framed and matted at 18"x24".
