Information

Portal shows how in an instant our minds can transport our consciousness to different environments and/or experiences. Memories of personal or vicarious experiences flash in our minds in dreams or daydreams to create a personal view of the world. This work is crafted from my digital photos from Driftwood Beach, Jekyll Island, Ga, Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum,Xi'An ,China, and Blarney Castle near Cork, Ireland.
My Art work is done mostly on my iPhone or iPad: combining and altering digital photos with a series of Art apps and sometimes the work continues in Adobe Photoshop Express. My process evolves and the use of Apps is dictated by the subject matter and the feeling I'm trying to convey.
