Information
Dr. Liu and I met when presenting art at a Climate Change Adaptation Summit in Sacramento. I was on a panel with Crocker Musuem representatives, and also installed my Virtual UnderSea Experience. Dr. Liu worked for the governor's office on watershed issues and climate, and is now retired and working as an artist and part of www.SeaChanges.org
