Information

One of the most popular snacks in Iceland is dried fish. Fortunately for our aesthetic purposes, many farms still dry fish the old fashioned way - by hanging them in the open air for four to five weeks. Svala assured me that it would be fine to wander through the operation nude without permission because "Europeans are not like Americans". So we did!
