Artist Statement

I am interested in wounds, in battles with oneself, in salvation, in journeying to get to a safe peaceful place where I am not the enemy any longer

Biography

I grew up between the dichotomies of such extremes of the sticky Florida heat and the isolating cold of Maine. I have some pretty wild memories of Florida and frozen sad ones of Maine that inspire, inform my art making, which sometimes seems to be a cathartic experience.
