Artist Statement

I love abstract expressionism and creating art that exudes a mood, feeling and interpretation. I love color and working with layering and different textures, while experimenting with unique color combinations. I am most happy when I can paint a work of art that brings someone joy or connects with them. I love connecting with people through my love of art.

Biography

I'm an Abstract Artist living in Saint Petersburg, FL. I moved here 3 years ago from New Jersey. I'm a registered nurse with a BS in Sociology from Northeastern University and a BS in Nursing from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers University).

I began my journey in acrylic painting during the pandemic and it has turned into a passion. I am happy to express my creativity, love for color and passion for art through my paintings.
