Artist Statement

Look closely, and deep into my art. Each work is an experience, and every time you look, you'll find something you haven't seen or felt before. I work with bold colors, and and strive to excite the eye. Even if a painting is monochromatic, it still has power and vibrance. Whether I paint ocean life, historical fantasy, or avian beauty, my style remains recognizable. My vision is clear each time I create. My art will be a story told between someone's heart, the world around them, and their experience in this universe.

Biography

I am originally from Vermont, and have lived in the Tampa Bay Area since 2014. A long time ago I worked with color pencil, but eventually I let my work evolve into painting. As with anything creative in my life, my art follows my path. I am proud of my resourcefulness, and I work hard to carve out my future, step by step, and as each moment presents itself. The art I put out into the world is an open love letter to who I was, how I translate the world around me now, and where I am going.
