Artist Statement

Becca gets her artistic inspiration from the natural world, both the forest in the sea. Her art takes influence from myths and folktales, painted from her own perspective in watercolor and ink. Her work is often done late at night, fueled by coffee music and lamplight.

Biography

Tampa based painter, Becca Henthorne, is originally from St Louis Missouri. She studied urban art, printmaking and graphic design at Harding University from 2011 - 2016. Presently she lives and works in the Tampa / St Pete area, primarily as a watercolor artist and occasionally as a graphic designer.
