Information

I made this piece on Christmas night of 2021. It was my first holiday alone in a few years. At first, I was thinking about some sort of Florida-style beach sunset mixed with a pine tree in place of the usual palm we see. Fluid abstract takes over and the paints decide what story to tell with each surface. This one told me about lifting up from the darkness. About finding true healing which is inside of us all to have.
