I am constantly inspired by animals and nature, in this piece I was capturing the intense emotional feeling I get from living with cats.
I love reading about mythology, and the notion of intertwined energies; plants, humans, animals, all creating hybrid versions. A sense of peace and connection is important in my work, along with color and the delicate line and brush stroke.
