Information

Migrating depicts the sensation of your existence feeling too big for your physical body. It is that sense of energy fluttering just under your skin, trying to peck and burrow its way out to take flight towards uninhibited freedom and connect with the world. Unrelenting in the pursuit for catharsis, it is agonizing and euphoric, terrifying and inspiring, savage and sublime, unwelcomed and desired. Migrating is drawn with ink and painted with watercolor. Gouache and gel pen were overlaid on top to bring out extra details and offer another layer of texture.
