Information

This piece represents Alejandra's early journey as an artist in which she was searching for her artistic self. This is where her love for all things Neo-Expressionism really took off and solidified what would become her preferred art style. This painting is Alejandra's first abstract self-portrait, it represents her identity and new beginnings. The orange and yellow running through the figure symbolizes the light that is within her trying to breakthrough.
