Information

"Soaring" is a 24"x48" acrylic on canvas painting. It was created by sculpting applied texture using palette knives. Materials include molding and crackle pastes, gouache, and ink.

"Soaring" was initially designed to have an underwater theme. Throughout the process, however, the painting took on a much more open concept. It thrills me to hear various interpretations. It's as if I'm looking at my own painting for the first time :-)
