To forever accompany femininity with ferocity, and drown in the horrifically eloquent masterpiece that is the female form.
Dark Greetings Ghouls & Gals, and thank endlessly for committing time to observe the macabre illustrations of Howl Artwork,
Howl (Angel Amaya) has been drawing since the wee age of 8, cranking out a slew of dragon doodles that overencumbered the elementary school halls. Now, nineteen years later these obsessions with dark fantasy reveal themselves through the graphite and ink monstrosities and maidens you see damning your screen. Enamored with all things uncanny, grim, erotic and taboo, Howl also showcases her rope work (shibari) on human canvas' through photography, while creating settings of lascivious reverie. Whilst using her background in environmental science and anatomy, many themes of ecology implement themselves into her art to further entwine beauty and horror into the accursed choir that is Howl Art.
Yours cruelly,
Angel Amaya
