Information

This collage was created from my woodblock prints, snipped and assembled on pale blue handmade paper. Three black skimmers hunt above a sea full of toothy fish. Their graphic shapes were cut freehand, with a sharp knife. I've watched skimmers do this many times, usually just two or three birds passing low over the water, occasionally cutting the water surface with their bold red bills.
