Information

The pieces in this show originated from my finding a round object on the beach with a cylindrical hole in the middle. Looking through it, the possibility of interesting photos became immediately apparent.

After taking this photo, I edited it by cutting away many elements and reduced it to what I felt was the most interesting impression of the original image.

CAPSIZED speaks to the possibility of looking up or down through the swirling hole in space or under water, getting one's bearings and coming back to center.
