With her candy cane scepter and her peppermint cherubs, the Peppermint Princess spreads happiness and fun across the candy kingdom.

As an artist, I try to feature more diverse body types in fantasy. The Peppermint Princess has hairy legs, armpit hair, and stretchmarks. However, she is nonetheless sweet. I hope you feel pretty and magical too when you look at this piece.

Sandra Hernandez is an illustrator and graphic designer from Miami, FL. She attended Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, FL, and graduated with a BFA in Illustration. Sandra enjoys making art for all ages where young and old can come together and appreciate the lighthearted innocence of life and love.
