Information

This piece was inspired by the lavender rhino in the 70s. The color lavender was chosen as it was a combination of femme and masc representation, the rhino was chosen as it was an often misunderstood animal.

I wanted to create an updated version specifically for Florida's queers after the piling amounts of legislation passing. Gators, like rhinos, are often misunderstood creatures which are typically passive unless provoked - by bigots.

10% of the profits will go to Equality Florida.
