Information

Acrylic and paper collage. Reminiscent of Sashiko (刺し子, literally "little stabs") is a form of decorative reinforcement stitching. Traditionally this running stitch is used to reinforce points of wear or to repair tears with patches. Boro is the art of mending rags or scraps of cloth.
