Information

This is not a photo or drawing but rather a scratchboard piece. Scratchboard is a unique and very difficult art medium. The scratchboard panel is a 1/8" multi-fiber board, coated with a thin layer of special white clay, and a topcoat of black ink. I used a scalpel to scratch hundreds of small lines in various patterns to create this image. The piece has been hanging on the wall next to my Jimmy Page scratchboard over my Marshall amplifier in the guitar room at home. This piece along with the Jimmy Page work would make a phenomenal addition to a Zeppelin fan's collection.
