Information

This vibrant piece is a page from my sketchbook, where I delved into the rich hues of red papers. The composition comes alive with striking pops of green and subtle hints of yellow, creating a dynamic interplay of colors.

The foundation of this artwork is built using gel plate mono prints, each individually created and then torn and adhered to form the initial layer. This process establishes a textured base, upon which I apply washes of yellow and orange to emphasize and highlight specific areas. The final touch involves intricate black ink drawings, adding depth and definition to the composition.

While the creation of this piece is intricate, it is precisely this complexity that brings me joy. The bold, happy colors reflect my enthusiasm and passion for the artistic process, capturing a moment of experimentation and discovery.
