Information

The Golden Gate Hotel opened in 1906. The first casino and the oldest hotel in downtown Las Vegas has seen it all from prohibition to the outlawing and later legalization of gambling. This scene, taken as the sun is setting, highlights the hotel's neon signs glowing and flashing brilliantly. The composition is a playful angle emphasizing the hotel's vintage signage.
